This was pretty tedious and painful to read. Nothing made sense except the last 2 paragraphs. It felt like someone trying to ape Baldwin and Coates in the service of saying very little of substance. Is there a thesis here? If so get to it in the first paragraph and argue directly to support it. These "fake poetic " run on sentences that say nothing and make arcane references are really not it.
