You didn't win as I recall, but neither did Walter Williams, who died a couple of days ago. He did get into graduate school at UCLA because of his essay.

The first Trump was Obama. These are the populists whose campaigns are based on social media appeal and the thrash of the interwebz. Their enemies are mature media and principle.
